My Future is NOW!
About this project
My Future is Now was a Masterpeace project, in collaboration with Growunited and a number of other partners. Between March 2021 and August 2022 the programme was implemented in six European countries. Its goal was to encourage democratic and civic participation of youngsters with lower education, who till now did not join any voting and community work and could be regarded as ‘euosceptics’. Through a bottom up approach of “Engage, Connect and Empower”, the aim was to help them open up, understand the opportunities for societal and community work and meet their peers in other EU countries.

In total we reached 1278 participants to our events. 557 posters were made and the boiling frog game is played 1145 times in the partner countries and 1768 times worldwide. All countries exceeded the number of participants and many train the trainer events were held so the number of indirect participants of the project was met and is still growing.
